Yes, you get an EU & UK SIM card. It is pre-inserted and does not need any manual configuration.
It depends on the availability of gateways we have in stock right at the time of purchase. All gateways have been tested by us and have proven to work well in real environments.
Depending on the building size and material, one gateway might not be enough. However, try to place the gateway out of reach, at the center of your building, avoiding elevator shafts and staircases.
